Submitted By: The City of Vision
Founders: Pastor Moses Makor & Mother Everlyn Makor

Introduction
Education is the foundation of national development. In Liberia, many young people lack access to quality education due to limited school infrastructure, financial constraints, and inadequate resources. The City of Vision, through its Vision Education Mission – Liberia, aims to bridge this gap by establishing a fully equipped high school to provide quality, affordable, and accessible education to children in underserved communities.
This proposal seeks donations and financial support from individuals, organizations, and institutions to make this vision a reality.

Problem Statement
Liberia faces numerous educational challenges: – Many students drop out due to high school fees and lack of resources. – Schools in rural and urban poor areas lack adequate learning facilities. – There is a shortage of qualified teachers due to low salaries and poor conditions. – Many students do not receive modern, technology-based education to prepare them for future careers.
Project Objectives
• Provide Quality Education – Offer high-standard education with well-trained teachers.
• Ensure Affordability – Keep tuition fees low and provide scholarships to needy students.
• Introduce Technology in Education – Equip students with digital skills for the modern world.
• Develop Leadership & Skills Training – Train students in leadership, entrepreneurship, and vocational skills.
• Create a Safe Learning Environment – Build well-equipped classrooms, a library, and a technology lab.

Implementation Plan
The project will be executed in three phases:
• Phase 1: School Setup
– Secure land and infrastructure for school development.
– Recruit qualified teachers and administrative staff.
– Acquire desks, books, computers, and learning materials.
• Phase 2: School Operations
– Enroll at least 200 students in the first year.
– Provide scholarships for at-risk and underprivileged students.
– Implement a digital learning program with access to computers and online resources.
• Phase 3: Expansion & Sustainability
– Develop vocational training programs (agriculture, mechanics, technology).
– Introduce a feeding program to support students from low-income families.
– Seek partnerships with educational and international organizations for sustainability.

 Expected Impact
• 200+ students will receive affordable quality education annually.
• More youth will be equipped with job-ready skills, reducing unemployment.
• The school will serve as a model institution for quality education in Liberia.
• Improved digital literacy and entrepreneurship opportunities for students.
